What properties are eligible for the $100 down payment program?
Any available HUD owned property eligible for FHA financing (203b, 203b with repair escrow and 203k).
Who can participate in this program?
Any individual who purchases the home for their primary residence and plans on living in it for at least 12 months.
What else do I need to know?
HUD requires FULL price offers for individuals wishing to participate in this program. A full price offer is the current list price of the property even if the property has been price reduced.
Also, another huge benefit of this program is HUD will pay up to 3% of buyer's closing costs.
