Security National Life Company (SNL) is offering a new home buyer grant to be used for down payment.  This is a limited time opportunity to get 2% of the purchase price from Security National and apply it towards your down payment.  These funds are applied at closing for the property. 2% Down Payment Grant Details:

The 2% Down Payment Grant provides eligible households with up to $8,400 in assistance funds that may be used toward down payment.  These grant funds are available on a first come, first served basis.

• Grant funds supplied by Security National Life (SNL)
• Funds can be used for down payment only
• 30 year fixed rate conventional financing

• Must occupy the property as primary residence (no investors).
• Minimum credit score 620
• Household income limits apply. These are determined by number of people in the household.
• Borrower must contribute a minimum of 1% of their own funds for down payment. These funds can come from a gift.
