SN Home Program Details:

SN Home down payment grants or 2nd mortgage financing is provided by Security National Mortgage Company. These programs provide eligible households with up to $25,000 in assistance funds that may be used toward down payment. 

• Forgivable and repayable options are available.
• Down payment help is 3.5 or 5% of the purchase price.
• No first-time home buyer requirement. All buyers are eligible.
• Credit scores as low as 580 may be eligible. Scores above 660 are preferred.
• Rate buy down is available.
• No income limit.
• Debt to income ratios must meet underwriting guidelines.
• No purchase price limit.
• Must occupy the property as primary residence (no investors).
• Manufactured homes are eligible.
• Forgivable grants after 36 months (3 years) are possible.
