State and Federal Assistance Programs

Utah Housing Loan Program: No money down program (100% financing). Helps pay for Buyer’s down payment and closing costs.
$100 Down HUD Homes: Purchase a government foreclosed home for $100 down payment. No appraisal costs and get up to 3% towards closing costs.
USDA Rural Development (Rural Housing): No money down program (100% financing). Only offered in limited areas.
HomePath Program: Special financing option for those purchasing Fannie Mae (foreclosed) properties. Allows smaller down payment & no appraisal fee.
Dream Maker Grant Program: Up to $5,000 toward Buyer's down payment or closing costs. Must be Military, Department of Defense or Homeland Security employee.
